The team at Benay Enterprises did a wonderful afternoon teambuilding session with Filson, learning about our strengths and weakness as a team and individually. Tremendously insightful, funny, and totally non-judgmental, Filson was a great facilitator and communicator. I strongly recommend spending the time and money to improve your team’s cohesiveness and understanding of how to tap into their personal and professional potential.

Your classes have been extremely informative but more importantly, they’ve also been transformative. Learning more about leadership and its ties to servitude has allowed me to reframe my entire mindset and broaden my perspective around the topic itself and with each class, I found myself digging deeper into the topic. Your extensive knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion made the class an absolute pleasure to attend.

Going into this class I personally had no idea what I was walking into. But it’s safe to say these past five weeks have truly been an experience I won’t forget.I’m sure everyone has a general idea of what being a leader means but we went so much more deeper than that and there are a lot of things that I have never thought of and there are a lot of things that I never realized of what being a leader means.
